Passport Photo

This app is a supplementary tool for creating passport application photos. It provides guidance based on Ministry of Foreign Affairs requirements, but final acceptance is at the discretion of the application counter. Please use a photo taken within 6 months before your application.

As long as you haven't deleted the app from the same iPhone, you can re-output for 180 days after purchase or until you delete it from within the app, whichever comes first. Data cannot be transferred after device changes or reinstalls.

The app's "Print Instructions" screen provides steps for each convenience store chain. Print on L-size paper. The output is a layout with six 45mm×35mm photos.

Photo loading, face detection, background correction, and output data creation all complete entirely within the iPhone. Photo or facial content is never sent to the developer's servers. During billing, purchases are verified through Apple's StoreKit (no photo data included).

Yes. The app includes tips for photographing babies and children, such as using white sheets or towels as backgrounds, tips for lying-down poses, and reminders to keep parents' hands and shadows out of the frame.

It is the facial photo data used for Japan's online passport application (Myna Portal, etc.). It meets Ministry of Foreign Affairs requirements (JPG format, under 600KB) and outputs at 600×730 pixels. It also covers size requirements that are difficult to adjust at upload time. Additionally, the self-signature image (for electronic signatures, 788×284 pixels, under 200KB) required for online applications can also be created within the app.
